​The Episcopal Church of the Redeemer sits on more than six acres of rolling wooded land at the corner of Cody and Hitt Roads in Mobile, Alabama. Founded in 1981, Redeemer has been a full parish in the Diocese of the Central Gulf Coast since 1998. Current membership is around 150 parishioners.  The average weekly attendance is 65. Redeemer's present building was completed and dedicated in 1984, and has been expanded twice.

Church and Parish Hall facilities include:

*Multipurpose Sanctuary with seating for 200
*Offices for the Priest, Secretary, and Treasurer
*Common Room
*Choir rehearsal room
*Parish House with commercial grade kitchen and seating for 150
*Six classrooms

Our facility is also a means of ministering to our community.  We have opened our doors to a wide variety of community groups including:

*Business Networking International
*Bike and Build
*Habitat for Humanity
*Interfaith Hospitality Network
*Family Counselor
*Bakers, Chefs
*Yoga classes
*Pet CPR classes
*Art classes
*Tutoring classes

Redeemer's grounds are open to the community including:

*Open Air Stations of the Cross
*Butterfly garden
*Outdoor chapel
*Memorial garden
*Pet memorial garden
